Policies

By making a payment and booking with "Samantha Robinson Medium" you are agreeing to all the following: 1. You are at least 18 years old. 2. You agree to the cancellation policy. 3. You understand that my readings are for entertainment purposes only. What you decide to do with the information, including any actions you take, is up to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. They are also never a substitute for professional services or care. 4. You agree that if you make any decisions based on the information provided in these services, you do so at your own risk and will not hold Samantha Robinson liable in any way. Booking Policies: 1. All services are paid for in full and in advance of the reading. 2. Please provide notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. 3. There are no refunds for clients who fail to show up for a booked appointment. 4. The clock begins and ends at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up within a 10-minute window, your appointment will be canceled without a refund. 5. If I’m not connecting to the spirit world within the first 10 minutes, we can cancel, refund, or reschedule. Please remember I cannot connect to a specific person, if someone else comes though for you, there must be a reason. In that case, a refund may not be given.
